How do we get started?
Your company invitation belongs to the email address it was sent to. Create your own account and open the invitation to begin. Set up your company details, service area, team, insurance and payment information, and save your progress whenever you need to.
What does Klner cost?
Founding partners receive free company tools and a 0% Klner commission waiver for eligible customers they bring. The proposed marketplace commission is 15% of eligible service charges before tax. Processing and optional communication costs are disclosed separately, and your agreement records the exact terms.
How is our insurance reviewed?
Your insurance evidence and its expiry date are reviewed before public booking eligibility. Uploading a certificate does not verify it on its own. When coverage expires, your listing is hidden until new evidence is reviewed.
Do our cleaners get their own accounts?
Yes. Invite each cleaner to their own account, where they set their availability and time off. You choose the right person for each home from recommendations that respect existing jobs and travel time.
Can customers see our team?
You decide. Let customers request a cleaner, introduce your team while you handle assignments, or keep individual profiles private. Team photos are always optional.
