Your company. Your agreed clean.

Your cleaning service is provided by the company shown on your booking. Klner helps you find, book and communicate with that company and manage the payment experience. The company is responsible for performing the agreed cleaning service.

If something goes wrong, contact the company from your booking or open a Klner support case. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law or excuses Klner’s own responsibilities.

Before a live booking

You should see the company’s identity, scope of work, supplies, labour hours, arrival time, applicable minimum, price, taxes, discount and total before confirming. You should be able to correct mistakes and receive a durable confirmation.

A team’s labour hours differ from elapsed time: two cleaners working two hours provide four labour hours. Any cleaner substitution must follow the disclosed policy and obtain your agreement where required.

Changes, cancellations and remedies

A live booking must show its cancellation, rescheduling and access-failure terms before acceptance. A company cancellation should provide a full refund or an alternative you explicitly accept. Statutory rights remain available regardless of the platform policy.

For poor cleaning, damage or a missing item, use the private support route. A report is not an admission of fault, and insurance does not mean every loss is covered. We do not promise blanket reimbursement or require you to waive legal rights to seek help.

Trust should mean something

Insurance verification must reflect reviewed, current evidence. A profile’s product claims and team choices must be accurate. “Klner Certified” will only be used if a real training and assessment program exists; completing an onboarding form does not create certification.

Companies and building partners

Separate agreements set company commission, source attribution, fee waivers, processing and communication costs, payouts and taxes. Building agreements set the approved payee, eligible referrals, pending rewards, reversals and withdrawals. A preview dashboard does not create an entitlement to funds.

Preview companies, schedules, estimates and role switches are for exploring the product. Where a screen saves a draft, it does not confirm availability, create a paid booking, buy a number or verify a company. Follow the status shown on each action.
