Care belongs in the details.
How we are designing privacy into Klner, from your account to your front door.
What we need, and why
Account and contact details help you sign in and receive service updates. Home details, cleaning preferences and chosen times help arrange your clean. A selected company and its assigned team receive the information relevant to the visit. Please avoid putting access codes or sensitive information into general notes.
Payment providers handle payment credentials. Klner’s planned payment records use transaction references and status, rather than full card or bank credentials. Companies also provide business and insurance evidence; cleaners provide their availability; building partners provide partnership and payee details.
Your choices should be clear
Optional marketing, advertising tracking, profile photos and location permission need an explained choice. They should not be bundled into basic booking access. A long policy does not replace a useful explanation at the moment information is requested.
Who can see what
Your company and assigned staff need relevant service details. Authorized Klner operators need scoped access to help with support, safety, finance and system operation. Building partners receive aggregate reporting, not residents’ names, unit-level history or home access notes.
Hosting, authentication, communication and payment providers support the service. The final notice will identify the actual provider categories, processing locations and cross-border implications of the deployed system.
Preview information
Some preview forms save information in your browser or on your device. They identify when information stays local. Use sample information when exploring a preview, especially for home access, insurance or banking details. Local storage is not a confirmed booking or a company submission.
Keeping only what is needed
The production retention schedule must distinguish service records, financial records, security logs and home access instructions. Access, correction and deletion requests need a working review process. Some records may need to remain for legal or accounting purposes; deleting an account must not erase necessary incident evidence.
If something goes wrong
Privacy incidents need containment, assessment, records and any required reporting or notification. We are preparing that process before production launch. No service can promise absolute security.
Questions about your information
Use the support route for a privacy question without including sensitive information. A named privacy contact and the legal operator’s contact details are release requirements for the final notice.
