Less admin. More good work.
Your team, customers and calendar, with a thoughtful start.
Begin with your invitation
Your company invitation belongs to the email address it was sent to. Create your own account and open the invitation to begin. Set up your legal company details, service area, team, insurance and payment information. Save your progress and return when you are ready.
Build a profile people can trust
Explain your inclusions, products, extras, prices and minimum hours. Choose whether customers can see or select individual cleaners. Insurance evidence goes through review before public booking eligibility; uploading a certificate does not automatically verify it.
Bring your team
Invite each cleaner to their own account. They set their availability and time off. Review feasible assignment recommendations, then choose the right person. Existing jobs and travel buffers must fit; unavailable time cannot be overridden into a double booking.
Add optional team photos
Open Workspace → Team to add or remove a photo on each cleaner’s card. Choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 4 MB that you have permission to share. A Klner silhouette appears when someone has no photo. Portraits become public only when your company shows its team and meets listing requirements. Cleaners can also manage their own photo.
Understand where fees apply
Founding partners receive free company tools and a 0% Klner commission waiver for eligible customers they bring. The proposed marketplace commission is 15% of eligible service charges before tax. Processing and optional communication costs remain disclosed. Your agreement records the exact terms.
Keep the day running smoothly
Sign in to your company workspace to manage your customers, team and schedule. Keep insurance current, tell customers about material assignment changes, and help your team resolve access or safety issues.
