Start with your home
Choose an everyday, deep, or moving clean. Tell us the size of your home, your area and what needs extra attention. Your plan shows the labour hours, inclusions and estimated total before you go further.
Find your kind of company
Ask Klner to help find a match or compare companies yourself. A company may let you request a preferred cleaner, introduce its team while handling assignment, or keep individual profiles private. The profile explains which option applies. Cleaner photos are optional; a Klner silhouette appears when no photo is available. Your requested cleaner stays with your saved plan, subject to company confirmation.
A clear plan before you pay
Your company, scope, time, minimum hours, cancellation terms and final CAD total belong together on the confirmation. Two cleaners working two hours provide four labour hours. Saving a draft keeps your preferences. Your booking status shows when the company and payment are confirmed.
Make the visit yours
Share useful preferences such as pets, fragrances and focus areas. Keep access codes and sensitive information out of general messages. Your assigned team should receive only the home details needed for the visit.
After the clean
A completed booking is the place to leave an honest review, rebook or report something that needs attention. For a missed task, contact your company. For damage or a missing item, open a private support case and keep relevant evidence.
