Set up a building partnership
An authorized representative agrees the partnership, legal reward recipient, eligible address and where a QR code may be displayed. Activation requires approval. Your partnership must be activated before a referral code can earn rewards.
Give residents a simple starting point
An activated building gets its own referral link and QR code. Residents still choose their service and company. A QR scan alone does not establish an eligible booking; the service address must match the building.
Make a cleaning day work
The proposed two-hour option requires a participating company, at least five confirmed jobs in the same building’s eligible service window, and enough staff capacity. It is not unlocked by five signups. The company must approve the shorter minimum before booking.
Understand your reward
The proposed reward is 3% of eligible completed service charges before tax, paid from Klner’s commission. Waived-fee company-owned bookings are excluded. Rewards remain pending until settlement and the review window; refunds and disputes may reverse them.
Protect resident privacy
Your dashboard reports aggregate campaign performance and your reward ledger. It does not reveal residents’ names, unit-level booking history or home access details. Withdrawals require verified payee information, available funds and the agreement’s minimum amount.
