How fast can I book a clean?
Under 30 seconds. Open the app or web, pick a service, confirm your address, and tap Book Now. We assign a vetted pro in seconds.
Are KLNER pros background-checked?
Yes. Every pro completes ID verification, a criminal background check, and a hands-on quality interview before they take their first job.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
KLNER+ members get a free re-clean within 24 hours. Everyone else gets a refund of the service fee if the issue is documented with photos.
Do you sync with Airbnb / VRBO / Hostfully?
Yes — STR Pro hosts can connect their PMS so turnovers are auto-scheduled at guest checkout. Photo verification is included.
Where does KLNER operate?
We are launching in Miami, Austin, Nashville, Scottsdale, and San Diego. Top-50 metros + Toronto and Vancouver by 2028.
